All cases that we sell are pre-owned and in very good to great condition. These items can come with cosmetic blemishes, scratches and scuffs or missing labels. All of our cases are guaranteed to be in 100% good working order and are guaranteed 100% authentic.

Although we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to our items shipping costs, we do everything possible to make sure that the case(s) that you receive are in good condition! The photos on on our website do not show the exact case that you will receive (we just don't have enough time to take photos of every case that we send out). BUT you will receive a case in similar condition!  

 

Content and Ownership of the Site

You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose, or deep linking to, any name, trademarks, service marks, logo, Content or other proprietary information (including; images, text, page layout, or form) of Just in cases without our express written consent.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Just in cases express prior written consent.

You may use information on any products (such as specification sheets and similar materials) and other materials made available by any of the products represented on this site for downloading from the Site, provided that you: (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents; (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose; (3) make no modifications to any such information; and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to any the  products represented on this site.
