All our cases are pre-loved and in very good to great condition. Most of our cases come with missing labels, cosmetic blemishes, scratches and scuffs. All of our cases are guaranteed to be in 100% good working order and are guaranteed 100% authentic.

If there is any issue with you cases please email us with pictures and a brief description of the issue and we will do our best to help.
